Individual students can be transferred to their accommodation on arrival by a representative from the Institute at a cost of €72 (one way). Our representative will meet the student at the meeting point in the airport or ferry port and will carry a white sign with the student's name clearly printed. Our representative will then bring the student directly to his/her host family or hotel. Students arriving between 11.00pm and 6.30am are requested to take a taxi.

Students aged 17 or under are obliged to book a return airport transfer (which costs €144) unless they have written permission from their parents which allows them to organise their own transport.  Junior students arriving between 11.00pm and 6.30am are charged a €20 supplement.

If an adult student does not wish to book an airport transfer organised by the Institute on arrival he/she can either:

• take a taxi from the airport or ferry port to their destination (this should cost approximately €50, depending on the location of their accommodation)
• take a special airport bus to the city centre and another bus to the accommodation (this should cost  approximately €12)
