From Dublin airport to Palmerston Park

• The easiest way is to catch a taxi:
• Turn right out of the Arrivals Hall to the taxi rank, and ask for 10 Palmerston Park, Rathgar. The school is right opposite the park.
• It should cost around €25-€30.
• Otherwise, the AirCoach is a safe bet.
• They run every 15 minutes or so from a stop to the left of the Arrivals Hall exit.
• These big, blue coaches will take you to the centre of Dublin for approximately €7.
• Ask to be dropped off at the St. Stephen' s Green end of Dawson Street.
• Head towards St. Stephen' s Green, and turn right. At the corner of St. Stephen's Green, you will see the Luas Tram stop.
• Alternatively, catch a taxi from the centre of town to Palmerston Park for approximately €8.
• The Luas Tram:
• You will always want the South-Side Luas - the green line.
• It terminates at St. Stephen's Green – a large park situated within one of the main shopping districts in Dublin.
• At St. Stephen's Green Luas station, buy a ticket to Milltown - the nearest stop to Palmerston Park. This costs €1.70
• At Milltown, cross the quiet road; head back towards town; take the first left; walk halfway down the avenue and then take the first right. That will take you to Palmerston Park. The school is right opposite the park.
•     Alternatively you can take the number 16A bus:
• Found further to the left of the AirCoach. This costs approximately €2.
• N.B. There is another yellow bus that does the same route but costs €5.
• Ask to get off at Trinity College.
• Follow the one-way traffic around Trinity, past the Front Arch, until you reach the bottom of Grafton Street. Recognisable for being a pedestrian street.
• Walk up Grafton Street, until you reach the Luas Tram.
• Follow steps described above for the Luas Tram.
• Or take a taxi from the rank in front of Trinity College.
